About Us

W & G Marketing Co., Inc. is a specialized meat processing and trading company established in 1979. Our ownership / management team represents over 60 years of experience in developing, producing, and marketing innovative high-quality value-added meat and poultry products.

Our diverse customer base represents foodservice distributors, caterers, restaurant chains, and private label/co-packing institutional accounts. We strive to integrate the latest innovations in new product development and process technologies. Our wealth of knowledge and food processing experience provides an important asset in creating solutions for our customers needs.

We own and operate two modern USDA Federally Inspected slaughtering and processing plants located in Jewell and Sidney, Iowa. They incorporate Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety programs as well as quality management philosophies. Our sales office, cold storage and wholesale warehouse are located in Ames, Iowa.
