Roasting Pigs
W & G Marketing Co. is the leading harvester in the United States for premium corn-fed roasting pigs. Our USDA Federally Inspected roasting pigs are specifically selected to constantly ensure the finest quality available to our customers. Every pig comes from the midwest--the heartland and pride of America's pork producing industry.
 Our dressed pigs are perfect for the traditional Hawaiian luau, Asian/Hispanic/European barbecue, barbecuing on the grill, or roasting on the rotisserie. The skin is left on to help enhance product juiciness and to provide an impressive center piece presentation. The front and hind legs are tied up under the carcass prior to freezing, providing the chef a product suitable for roasting and serving.
The product is available fresh or frozen, vacuum sealed (smaller pigs) or poly bagged and boxed or bulk packed in 10 lb. increments from 10 to 150 lbs. Customized programs are available upon request. We can also assist in making shipping arrangements for either domestic or export destinations.
Barbeque / Fully Cooked Meats
W & G Marketing Co. offers a complete line of hickory smoked or fully cooked pork, beef, and poultry entrees. We are a licensed Certified Angus Beef® processor of valued added products. Our CAB BBQ Beef was selected by the 2002 Winter Olympic Games Committee to be served at their venues and was selected as the National Cattlemen's Beef Association's Best New Beef Product Finalist for Foodservice and Retail. Our delicious "Hickory Grove" brand products are made the traditional way with minimal processing and use only the finest meats and ingredients. W & G currently offers: 
- Shredded/pulled meats in natural juice
- Shredded/pulled meats in BBQ sauce
- Hickory smoked whole briskets (sliced and unsliced)
- Sliced smoked briskets in BBQ sauce
- Smoked pork, lamb and beef ribs
- Portioned Cook-in-Bag Meat Products
These products are also available for private label or co-packing opportunities. We have the resources of many spice and sauce companies to help us to develop the flavor profile you need. Furthermore, we have the capability to smoke, cook, marinate, tumble, shred, slice, and dice most items and to vacuum package the product to our customers' specifications.
