At our sales office location, we now offer restaurants, caterers, schools, retailers, and institutions high quality meat both raw and fully cooked. Our specialty is to offer cuts of meat to satisfy the growing demand for quality barbecue. We have available:
- The finest roasting pigs
- Pork butts, picnics, ribs, loins and chops (smoked or fresh)
- Briskets, beef ribs, smoked briskets, fully cooked shredded BBQ, bacon and hams
